PUFFY
I hope I wasn't the only one waiting for this to come out!

So many sad comments. Luckily, there are some people whose comments lifted me up (but are they enough?). Geez... the guy asking the interviewers what they're doing in America... ugh. And not to sound racist, but the black people who were okay with Jackson possibly donning yellowface? LOL @ at the guy who tried to defend the casting ("To their credit..."???), but then he became speechless when he saw the "Caucasian or any other ethnicity" casting sheets. Ugh, Mickey Rooney. I've never seen the actual clip until now. I've only heard about it. I feel as if I'm about to vomit. All of the other yellowface movie clips are just as bad. LOL @ the casting assistant trying to explain the situation. "Well, you see, what happened was..."

If being politically correct means treating all people equally, feeling empathy for them, and letting them play their own characters in a movie, then sign me up.

May I use this as a sig quote and a favorite quote and just basically spread it around teh Interweb wherever I go? With proper attribution, natch.
I've always wanted a nice come-back to people who mock political correctness.

Go ahead! Anyone may use it. I was hoping I'd get support :).

I know, whenever someone says something racist, they act surprised when people voice their opinions against it and immediately call others' reactions as being politically correct.

"Man, I sure want to hang that black guy."
"Dude, what the hell? That's racist!"
"Oh, come on, don't be politically correct."

Mike did an interview with a conservative radio talk show host a few weeks ago, and the host asked him if the word "Inuit" was PC for "Eskimos." What the hell?
